NW Works is helping some clients explore new opportunities, as highlighted in this article by The Winchester Star. A partnership was created a year ago when three non-profits, NW Works, Literacy Volunteers Winchester Area, and Sinclair Health Clinic, realized that they had clients in common who were residents of the Winchester Rescue Mission, formerly a homeless shelter for men and now one that supports both men and women. Representatives from all four organizations meet regularly to communicate and identify ways to more effectively support clients.
