NW Works in Profile: Stephanie Fincham

Please join us in welcoming our latest member of our Board of Directors, Stephanie Fincham! As a Vice President and Trust Officer at First Bank, Stephanie brings 40 years of banking and investment experience to the board. Although Stephanie is a financial expert, she is excited to learn more about the therapeutic programming of NW Works and has joined the Mission and Programs Committee.

“I really kind of wanted to get into Mission and Programs, because I want to find out the blood of NW Works,” she said. “I’ve been in the community for a very long time and my goal is to get to know the clients and what their needs are.”

Stephanie is heavily involved in the community, serving as a co-chair for the Apple Blossom Festival, and a member of the Preservation of Historic Winchester, Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, and the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival Apple Club. She is also an active member of her church. Stephanie has two adult children, who share her passion for supporting the community in their respective careers in law enforcement and nursing.
