We are thrilled to welcome our new Therapeutic Outcomes Manager Lisa Daniels to the NW Works team! A Clarke County native, Lisa is happy to return to the area after a stint in Charleston, SC.

Lisa has always had a passion for helping others, especially vulnerable members of our community. After graduating from Coastal Carolina University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Lisa began working as a forensic interviewer for a child advocacy center in Loudoun County. She later transitioned to a forensic interviewing position in Dorchester County, SC where she served a larger region comprising several counties. As a forensic interviewer, she worked with abused children and vulnerable adults to help criminal investigators build cases, while being sensitive to the survivors involved. It was during this time that she discovered a desire to help adults with disabilities to build independence and reach their personal potentials, especially on an employment front. She hopes to see all of our clients thrive both inside and outside of our facility. She says she is excited to be at NW Works and is looking forward to getting to know more of our clients personally as they return to service.
Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with friends and family, hiking with her two dogs, and is excited to explore all that the Winchester area has to offer.
