Jennifer Childree is a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at NW Works and joined the company in 2021.

Jennifer holds both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Purdue University, with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has previously worked as a paraprofessional providing one-on-one support to students with Autism in elementary and high schools. Support for students varied and included academic, life skills, social skills, workforce development, behavioral management, and skills for daily living, which transitioned well into NW Works’ service lines.
Jennifer continued supporting students via ABA programs in Jefferson County, WVa. and in Winchester, as well as providing intensive in-home counseling services for students at the Timber Ridge School. Before joining NW Works, Jennifer worked at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care providing in-home AB services focused on behavior reduction and daily living skills within the family unit.
Jennifer says her background in ABA helps her to apply those principles to the clients she works with and help clients progress. She says that seeing clients grow in the workplace and develop relationships with their co-workers has been a rewarding experience.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys riding motorcycles with her husband and has her own, which is purple.
