Resolution on the “Rule of Two” Passes House

U.S. House of Representatives has passed House Resolution 4920, correcting the “Rule of Two”, a provision of the 2006 Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act. The changes will protect those working in the AbilityOne program.
