Eric is NW Works’ Vice President of Operations. In this role, he manages government and commercial contracts, oversees the complex transportation needs of clients who work on those contracts, and meets regularly with customers to ensure operations are running smoothly and effectively. Eric also bids and implements new contracts, and he hires, evaluates, and manages all staff in the division. Before his promotion to this position, he held other substantive positions at NW Works, including Senior Operations Manager and Business Services Manager.
There are two aspects of Eric’s job that he values most: expanding business with customers and growing the number of clients NW Works serves. He is proud that his efforts helped NW Works become a well-respected community partner to both corporations and non-profit organizations, all seeking to make the region stronger. Eric is excited to be working with people so positive that they never forget to ask about his family, tell him a joke, or remember his birthday.
Beyond his duties at NW Works, Eric is heavily involved in the community, volunteering with the Winchester Rescue Mission, the Shenandoah Valley Community Residences, Inc., the Northern Shenandoah Valley Civitan Club, the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, and the Northwestern Regional Education Programs. When not serving others, Eric enjoys competing in Tough Mudder races, travelling the world, attending auto races, and driving on tracks. He is also an Eagle Scout.
