Community Engagement

Community is for all

Individuals are encouraged through our community engagement program to participate in meaningful activities in the local community, primarily through volunteer opportunities in the community. These opportunities help individuals with disabilities to build fine and gross motor skills, build community connections, participate in activities alongside people without disabilities, and build their resumes through volunteer experience.

Individuals are encouraged to express their own ideas and desires for community engagement, and the NW Works staff members arrange the opportunities.
