Your Gateway to Inclusive Employment and Supportive Coaching
Nearly 45,000 Americans are in the program, including 30,000 veterans, per the U.S. AbilityOne Commission. Nearly all of our contracts with federal agencies are AbilityOne contracts, which provides work for just under 30 clients in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
AbilityOne contracts are unique. Those working on a contract can work one-on-one with a job coach in Individual Supported Employment or work in a small-group setting, like our Group Supported Employment program. We post all of our AbilityOne positions on our Careers page and encourage individuals with documented disabilities to apply.
Operating hours for positions depend on the contract sites and the hours requested by the employer and may not be subject to NW Work’s holiday schedule.
