Jake Wharton joined NW Works in July of 2015, working the night shift on the Hood line as a Business Services Employee. He climbed the ranks in the Business Services Department before moving to the Government team, and eventually was promoted to the Facilities Manager. He is excited to carry the organization into its next stages as he manages the facility overall, the Business Services Department and our Government programs as our Director of Operations & Government Services.

Although he was born in Manassas, Virginia, Jake moved to Middletown when he was young and continues to live in the community. When Jake isn't working, you can find him spending time with his wife Carly, darling daughter Winona, and dog, Sophie.
