Giving Tuesday: Connect with Shannon

Shannon has had the opportunity to lead and support others through her creative approach to self-advocacy.

Working with her job coach, Wendy, she developed a color-coded card system to communicate her needs, a method so effective her supervisor implemented it for the whole work team. Just two months later, Shannon was promoted to a leadership role and named Employee of the Month!
